Goksel Bayram
Founder | Managing Director
Goksel is the Founder and Managing Director of SCOHO and an architectural designer with nearly two years of hands-on experience. He is an accredited Homestar Designer & Homestar Assessor.
He has worked on projects within Kāinga Ora’s Northland retrofit programme, contributing to the upgrade and renewal of many Kiwi homes to improve comfort, health and performance. Alongside this, he has worked on a range of Ministry of Education school refurbishment projects, gaining practical, real-world experience in delivering buildable, thoughtful and performance-focused design solutions.
He is passionate about both improving the quality of New Zealand’s existing homes, and building new homes, to Homestar standards for comfortable, healthy, dry and energy-efficient living.
