HOMESTAR ASSESSOR SERVICE
Homestar Assessor Service leads you through the formal certification process that verifies a home's performance against the client's targeted Homestar rating. The accredited Homestar Assessor collects evidence and documentation from the design and building stages that a home meets the required Homestar criteria, and submits this for Homestar certification, which is provided by the New Zealand Green Building Council.​
​What the Assessment Includes​
Review of the Homestar and architectural design, and relevant documentation.

Verification of insulation, glazing, heating, ventilation and hot water systems. Assessment of construction details and installed systems.

Collection and review of required evidence and documentation.
​
Homestar score calculation.
​
Submission to the New Zealand Green Building for certification.​​
