Using the Homestar Energy and Carbon Calculator for Homes (ECCHO), we create a tailored model based on your target Homestar rating. From this, we develop a clear and practical scope of work, to be fully integrated with the architectural design.

For existing homes, this is informed by on-site measurements and a detailed assessment report. For new homes, it is developed directly from the proposed concept design.​
